Confusing quota descriptions

When I stepped into the second week I encountered a couple of quota requirements (What is written in red on the note each day) which aren't understandable (to me at least), for instance "Choose humans at the *left* side of the profile bundle" I did see another but I have forgotten to note it down. Could someone help me with these I would be very thankful!

Red profiles are from Chimera (or your conscience if you will) and it's up to you to follow that order over the regular ones or not.

As for say; all those on the bottom or every other profile...just use your best judgement. It seems to work for me at least. ;)

The Chimeras red coloured profiles are a completely different thing, The red thing I was talking about was the rules for how many people and of what occupation you must kill on that day.
