ESRB Rating

I was interestedin this game after watching GTlive play the demo, but there does not appear to be an ESRB rating.

Can you please tell me if this game has swearing, nudity, pro-same sex marriage views, intense gore (not that I expect there to be intense gore mind you).

if you saw it being played this is a moot question. This feels more like fishing. To say you time, no no yes no. Make with that what you will. Pointless questions for division have been asked by you.

The game is free of gore and profanity ^_^

ESRB wise we would land in the Teen section (maybe one day we'll try and get rated, but that costs a bit X_X).

A fair point, but again that was only the demo not the full release but I appreciate the responses from both of you!

Just wondering: since when are "pro-same sex marriage views" put on the same level in game ratings as gore and nudity? I don't see it in the ESRB list of content descriptors.

Looking at that (without a thorough knowledge about their usage practices) I'd say there's Drug Reference (some bios mention those) and probably Alcohol Reference (can't recall exactly), definitely Use of Tobacco.

I'm not sure if deciding over someone's life and death in a buraeucratic manner constitutes Violence ("aggressive behavior against an individual, community, or themselves"); probably not (although violence is referenced a lot by The Mortimer, but on a bit milder level than in The Pirates of the Caribbean), just like any sane human would say it contains Mature Humor but ESRB most likely wouldn't (for that kind of humans that sits on rating boards, maturity means sex, drugs, and rock'n'roll, not ethics). Also, ESRB probably won't consider the game Informational or Edutainment, although it clearly is.
