how do u get skins

like whats the point of the skins tab when theres nothing there.

if you mean outfit patterns and colors you have some by default and can unlock more though difficulty completions and level completions
if you mean the tab where you can have real different outfits, and it includes 106 in there, you can get the second skin by completing the game, and the 3 others by completing those levels on (iirc) extreme

♥♥♥♥ I realized I didn't specify, mb man i meant weapon skins

There are stuff there, unless you're using a mod like unlock all weapon mods, which removes all weapon skins from the menu. Otherwise, you unlock them by beating missions or combat sim, just hover over the one you want and you'd see the requirements.
