Is doable but weird and most of the time not worth it just get the achievement and never do stealth again
Before combat, the AI is dumb enough to stand still, eyes on a very interesting brick wall, ignoring the sound of their dead buddy dropping to the ground or the violent explosion of his head as your fist meets his nose. However, as soon as they discover the truth, that Subject 106 is just as dangerous as the reports said, they get into tacticool mode.
Standing by a potted plant, you go invisible, for a few seconds the grunts'll keep shooting at that plant until it's nothing but soil on the floor. Afterwards, they'll turn their attention around to where you may've gone. Maybe you fled around them, they start firing there at their sides. After a moment, they realise you went right through them and have now just snapped the squad lead's neck, right in the centre of their firing squad.
A silent assassin is not what you're meant to be. A wave of unstoppable violence is what the security camera footage would suggest.
Short term invisibility is something akin to teleportation in a firefight and it is terrifyingly powerful. Paired with firepower, using it as an escape would be the very last one of the possibilities on my mind.
