What means Trepang ?
Sounds like this was a Chinese game which it is not. Its a western game.

It's a sea cucumber that disembowels itself to kill it's prey. Sorta like Subject 106. Pretty metal.

To be fair, the foreshadowing is about as subtle as a nuclear bomb. I haven't beaten the game, so I'm just assuming.
