Final Boss Is Actual Cancer

So I've reached Break The Cycle and I'm up against 107 on normal and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is this guy cancer. He's got attacks that take me from mostly full health (No Armor but still) to completely dead. He disappears immediately after making an attack so dodging doesn't actually work against him. His health pool can't seem to figure out how much he actually wants.

Worst yet is that there isn't enough ammo in the area to comfortably engage him so my only tactic is to face tank his attacks and out DPS him with an assault rifle. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I mostly liked this game, except for all the horror levels, but this final boss is awful. I'm using infinite ammo cheat since I gave up and I still can't beat him.

Use incendiary rounds on the shotgun, the flames make it easier to see his attacks and dodge accordingly. You aren't meant to face tank this boss, you need to kite him with your slides and invis or he's just gonna parry all your bullets and destroy you.

Actually 107 in the reactor fight is invincible when not camouflaged, you can even see him reflecting bullet with his katana.

Maybe your 107 is bugged but from my perspective it's pathetically easy, it's literally pressing 2 buttons. Press slide when he charges up or stands in front of you, after he swings or dashes, shoot him while he is animation locked, or running away. There is no other way.
