previous demo had explicit, voiced mentions of other subjects, from 101 to 109. you could hear their screams following gun shots, then the chatter declaring who was downed. seems that was cut in this demo unless i did not pay attention.

Yeah, they either got out already or were still locked away for TF27 to find. I think the former is more likely.

Well, it definitely stands out on its own. However, the set, setting, uniforms and the rest of the prison cells containing people or beings with extraordinary powers is definitely relatable, and something I think we all actually want.
The F.E.A.R. series really started the whole concept behind SCP, and FEAR-3 was based on real-life "MK-ULTRA", ...so it's OK. If I were writing for them, I would recommend they 'own it' and really elaborate on THEIR VERSION of this awesome genre.

Cuddlefish is the single worst codename I have ever heard, even just using that as an example, it is so bad.

how is it bad lmao. the guy in game can cloak and become invisible which is simmilar to how the cuddle fish changes its skin pigmentation to blend in with its surroundings to become invisible to its prey and or predators. plus its a code name.
