Ending

Are there only 1 ending after stabbing somebody with a knife? I was kinda surprised when I found out that I've already collected all achievements and saw only 1 'Doll' ending.

Same here. I'ld love to know whether I've got to stab people randomly now until I hit the right one.

Necro-ing this thread but with good reason: there are differences in the ending depending on who you stab. Excited to unravel things more and trek through it again. This game is really cool!

Well, in two particular cases Lorena's dialogue changed from the normal one to something else (with the murder of either Franz or Ocean, both being unique). Also, if you kill Rory, someone else comes to take you back to the train. Jeudille doubtfully says it's Sanpo, iirc. This character also thanks her for killing Rory. Couldn't tell you whether there's a "right" person to be stabbed so far, but if my experience with this game is anything to go by, these differences along with potential others only serve as extra clues. I'll update if/when I find new stuff. Maybe I'll even make a thread about my interpretation of events and such.

Thanks! It's been some time, so I've gotta give it another run to get deeper into it again. If I understand correctly all your stabbings up to now just led to another line, but not really to another conclusion, right?

Yeah, still pretty much the same ending, really. Just with dialogue changes.
