What are the accurate settings for the Titanic sinking?

I did a test of the Titanic (Night Model) and it sinks and fractures very bizzarely on default settings. The end breaks, but then just floats. Not sure what the accurate settings are for ship strength and flexibility, as well as what the accurate water weight and water speed should be. Anyway, just wondering if anyone has settings they found to portray a realistic sinking. Thanks
