Toolbox Tutorial

I'm enjoying the game, but I'm having difficulty understanding the different settings in the toolbox.
I was wondering if a tutorial was made, or could be made to help understand the different ways to use the toolbox in-game.
There are times where I'll tweak the settings a bit, and the ship will completely disintegrate, and no matter what I do to reset everything back to normal, it keeps disintegrating, which forces me to have to restart the game.

I’ve been having problems with the toolbox while my desktop is set to 125% in windows 11, anytime I left click, the toolbox gets smaller, and my game lags like crazy

Set it to 100%
