Stuck at 94% Submarine Model

I'm stuck at 94% when building and painting the submarine model for the lawyer. I've completed all the steps that I can find but it still says 94% complete and won't let me finish the model.

Is the green bar full on every page of the manual if you leaf through it?

You can click "skip to unfinished page" to find out what you're missing. If that still doesn't help them I suggest using the dismantle button to dismantle the whole thing and put it back together in the order it says.

I think it thinks I haven't assembled it yet. Since I'm not playing in sandbox, I don't think I can dismantle it, unfortunately.

I'm having the same issue, I'm at 94% on this German sub and I can't finish but the page with the BaseCoat is not finished and it won't let me finish it. I don't even see anything called BaseCoat or even know what color it is.

Today we will launch a patch which should resolve this issue :D

Unfortunately the patch didn't seem to fix my save. Will I have to start over again? Is there any way to save models to sandbox?

Yeah the patch didn't fix mine either. I finally got into sandbox mode and saw where the base coat should be located but it is not shown in career mode. Look I don't care about finishing this particular model but I would like to continue through the story so how do I skip this particular model?

Are you talking about quest with Submarine?
Please double-check if you clicked the marker on the manual (in a circle on page 7) to apply the base coat. Also, if you will assemble the model in 72% the "Finish Project" button is available to click :)

Same bug. Base Coat button on page 7 of the U-boat doesn't work, so I had to paint the thing manually. Spent a lot of time doing this and now it's stuck at 94%. Definitely something weird here.

I had that problem, but turns out I missed the smallest piece for the base coat until I zoomed in

Restarted and this time saved after each project. Don't know if it's needed, but I haven't had this bug again. Other minor bugs previously observed are also gone now. Works great! Very happy with program.

I started the submarine project today and it seems all screwed up. None of the paint tools are working correctly as they did on other models. I can not get past 7 where you are supposed to paint the various parts. Nothing is allowing me to see what the correct colors are to choose for the various areas. The dragon was somehow easier than this by far.
