Any way to remove a decal?
Let's say you accidentally put a decal in the wrong place. Is there anyway to remove it?

This.

A general undo function would be nice. Removing decals that got applied incorrectly, paint if you slipped with the mouse or have to try a setting...

i agree a undo button would be nice i can c why they haven't put one as if you mess up IRL its tuff you go back over it with the correct paint ect but since its a game we should have one

Or maybe a tool, when I mess up IRL I put some Decal Fix on which loosens the Decal allowing me to reposition it, something like that would be cool rather than just calling it 'undo'

I agree, al lot of mistakes I made have to do with the controls, pressing the wrong key or rotating the model to fast.

Hi there
There is the disassembly tool later in the Story Mode, and it's also unlocked right away in the Sandbox mode.

In terms of removing the decals - you can always cover them with paint and put another one :)

We will, but first we have to change a lot gameplay wise to make it happen. For now we have an undo button while assembling the model. The same functionality for painting is much harder, since we have to change manuals and the painting indicators for that, as well as the progress bar.

Nevertheless, we know that this is highly requested feature, and we have it on our internal pipeline of new features :)
