Mecha Knights: Nightmare

Mecha Knights: Nightmare

Energy Verison of MT-Gh50A?
I'm looking to make an energy weapon only build (plus mine layer) for that sweet sweet infinite ammo.

my current playstyle is just grinding money in raids (only unlocked upto mission 9 of base game, no dlc yet), and while i've only played with the Ghost for two days. it seems to help alot, with my stress levels during the raids.

So I am wondering if there is an energy weapon of that, and in a broader term, any type of energy shoulder weapons.

T3 double barrel Theia is a Shoulder Mounted Burst Laser Delete Button (SMBLDB for short). It's made shoulder weapons into my primaries. I build the entire Mech around supporting & enabling them, rather than the arm weapons now.
The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

What about the Ragnarok?
I think it needs some lovin, it's worse in every possible way than the Theia's. At least the sunstorm has aoe going for it.

True! sorry I forgot about that one, I might buff it a bit in the future.

Theoretically the Theia has an AOE larger than the FAB but I'm yet to see it.

Does the game calculate total AOE based on projectile count?

AoE damage depends on range from the target, if its a clear hit the target gets Point+AoE damage

from my opening post:

I was looking for any and all energy shoulder weapons, not just tier 3.

Sure, but the post you quoted was referencing T3. If you had quoted your own post referencing all energy weapons...

Anyway. T2 is basically worthless, if you have access to T3. If you don't have access to T3, it is better to just keep going through missions until you do than to try and get a specific T2 weapon.

...I was correcting that post, because that list made me believe that Shoulder Energy Weapons were tier 3 EXCLUSIVE like those anti-missile shoulder equipment and torso. (the active defense thing)

So, I was saying that there ARE tier 2 Shoulder Energy Weapons like there is tier one Hand Energy weapons.

Also, if you were stuck on a random mission, Tier 2 is still worthwhile if you don't have access to the DLCs missions. like the upgrade from the tier 0 infinite mines shoulder equipment that has 20 mines but deal pathetic damage on a 20 second or so respawn timer.

to the tier 2 thermobaric landmine that only has 3 mines on a 40 second timer.

which helped me with passing mission 15 (aka the beach defense mission with three railguns that you have to defend).

it is much less sanity draining to take a break from slamming your head against the wall that is story missions to do a raid or two and gain tier 2 (or tier 1 if you are just starting) weapons, instead of brute forcing success that will make you hate the game.
