probably, but do you have a 4gb gpu?
without it or something better, and a good amount of ram, even if the game could run you wouldnt be able to play it. in my case i wouldnt try, because i only have a 2gb ddr3 gpu.
i hope dev could find a way to decrease requirements (ie a "low spec dlc") to improve compatibility with more limited systems, but thats unlikely to happen soon, or at all.
such "downgrade pack" could be a good thing for the game imo, not only because more people have middle to poor gpus in laptops and outdated pc, but because a lot of people will try the steam deck (which maybe is powerful, but maybe not enough to run smooth this game, or at least as smooth as it could)
Do not rule out anything like this.
You have to replace USERNAME with your profile that you use for your computer, unless you want to go with %Appdata% in your folder browser, back up one directory and open up LocalLow (As %Appdata% opens the Roaming Directory instead).
Alternatively, just use steams screenshot function (default i believe was f12? Steamoverlay has that functionality and binding), just will have to use U key to remove your hud if you don't want the hangar information (or the menu up when you change the backgrounds)
