yep. I'm using Xbox One S controller. I can't believe they didnt check the up-to-date controller. what a joke
You can unplug the controller, use keyborad "O" for "RT" to skip bath event.

Keyboard control in this game are H, J, K, L Y, U, I, O,and using WASD as movement control.

Well I have a logitech controller and it refused to acknowledge when I press RT for getting out of the bath scene and it's wired >.> kind of annoying you have to unplug and use keyboard because the RT wasn't binded correctly.

Good that I checked the forums before taking the plunge. I also talked to some people on twitter and it looks like this is happening across a multitude of controllers (xbox360, xbox1, DS4, in various states of wired or wireless) so rather than being controller specific there's an issue with the game and window interacting.

Try to disable gamepad support in big picture settings. Windows native controller support is enough for most games, especially on windows 10.

I am using Xbox One controller with wireless dongle without no issues.

This helped, though I had to go about it a different way...mine was already disabled, and my triggers were not registering, BUT I was able to rebind the XBOX triggers to the DPAD through Steam Big Picture. This lets me access all the controls at least, and works for now.

(I use a GameSir G4S, and it has multiple settings. If anyone else is using and have the menu freak out, you need to change the mode by starting it with X and the Home Button pushed at the same time. The Mode color should be Blue, and starts the X/Y at 0, instead of -255)

I have both rev. 2 and rev. 3 controllers, the one with audio jack and the one with audio jack and bluetooth (Xbox One S).

Both controllers worked wirelessly for me without no issues (tested in a dungeon).

My computers Logitech310 controller (looks like a PS controller) has the same issue of not having the RT and LT working. I've been playing with the keyboard, but it's horribly clunky, especially when using the ASDW and arrows at the same time, and constantly get the buttons mixed up.

steam > setting > controller > tick the xbox controller setting. it should set to back to working condition. at least that what i did to made mine one S work.
