Buying just base game, upgrade to deluxe?

If I buy only the base game now, can I upgrade to the deluxe one with out paying for the base game again?

One of the options is what the top poster mentioned, refund and buy the deluxe version, I am not sure how much more you would pay buying the DLC separatelly, but I haven't seen a game on steam that would let you upgrade from regular to deluxe.

All the standalone DLC combined would be (in USD) $52.74, combined with the current discounted price of the base game at $26.99 would total it to $79.73. It is a better deal to get the Deluxe edition if you want at least a majority of the DLC, especially since it is all being currently discount while standalone DLC has no discount.

I had to go the refund route, waiting for the money to get out of Pending status but honestly, with this extra time, I don't know if it's really worth it.

Ya thats why I wanted to ask first, to see if anyone with the base game had the option. Usually with bundles they'll discount dlc you already have but I guess if its marked as a Deluxe version that doesnt apply.

But I was just wanting to take a crack at getting the mods from the PSVita version to work on PC since apparently its the same file structure almost entirely.

Just short on funds so I didnt wanna go all out in one go if I didnt have to.
