Missing DLC?

So I played the HK Edition on the PS4 and most the DLCs are there. Anyone whos purchased this do you know if any of these are included in the base PC game?

Drilling Item - Devil Kitty Paw
Drilling Item - Clock
Drilling Item - Massive Melons
Drilling Item - Tiny Tatas
Meika's Tactics Textbook
Maiden's Secret

They're not in the DLC list and well...Devil Kitty Paw is god :(

Indeed, I was about to make a topic post. It doesn't seem TOO steamy for Steam, considering all the OTHER things we have. The tactics and notebooks I don't miss at all, though.

Ya, Too be honest, XP is easy enough to gain, and Devil's Kitty Paw makes Maiden's Secrets pointless.

However with the right cheat engine values, all these items could be rendered mute.

Just need some good mods for the game, hope someone knowledgable in this games engine will be able to start some texture mods.

seeing as the deluxe states "includes 26 dlc" i would say it does not include them...

They have included all the special DLC,

like First Print Bonus DLC for PSV and PS4, also D3P shop special and guide book Bonus DLC.

I was kind of wondering, considering currently the tutorial contains "Information regarding items purchased from the Steam Store" but they aren't there.

If the missing DLC is apart of the Deluxe version, then what about everyone who already bought it? Will it be added to our library once it becomes available or will we have to purchase it separately?
