Drop Rate: All Items Level 5 Underwear

Does anyone have a pair of these at level 5? The highest I've gotten is level 3, but I've seen others online with level 5 and I am wondering what level they could possibly drop on as I could use that extra 4% from level 3 to 5.

Been using this, yeah, it was absolutely helpful for most materials.
However, they don't list what levels to get underwear with certain skills, only the type of underwear and materials.

EDIT: Let me fixed what I said, You can actually farm for underwear with specific options in extra stages that are unlocked after each characters reached lv40. Those stages will mostly drop underwear with suitable options for each characters' personal weapon.

For example:

Aya personal weapon is Blazing Force which is Assault rifle. Her stage (Stage 49) will mostly drop underwear with options for Assault rifle.

Yurina personal weapon is shotgun. Her stage (Stage 50) will mostly drop underwear with options for Shotgun.

And so on..........

Also, play HARD mode if you want (mostly) attack related options on underwear and play Ecstasy if you want (mostly) Defense and Bonus related options on underwear.

Stupid question:

When you get materials from the missions what do you do with them? Do you attach them, or do they attach to the clothing? I seem to only understand those green coloured and higher slot into the underwear types.

A bit late but, normal materials you attach to the characters, and the ones that attached to the clothes can only be used if you use the clothes to which said material was attached to.
