pogo cant progress whereeee hints?

Well hello
this great game just keeps kicking my rear.
As one review stated, it took 11 hrs to beat the game, but 3 of those hours was spent looking for ONE room with the pogo stick

can someone give me a hint? Ive gone all over the map its vexing

I saw someone posted videos covering the last leg of the game elsewhere in the forums, but my A.D.D. is preventing me from really following the videos.

I just asked Undercoders for updates on a game guide through their website. Will let you know what they say if I hear from them.

well I dont wanna gimme, but I KNOW its like the horn.. just one of those places that isnt near much.. the horn is but its not at the same time
so my sad guess is its no where near where i need to progress.. but idk ive traveled all over,
only missing a few cams from areas where i cant pogo or mega jump

Just snagged it for 3$! double cross that is :) but wont touch it until this is over

check out CROSS CODE, snes style chrono trigger sorta, but really witty and in depth refs just a wonderful and underrated game

found the pogo
yeah its no where near where the zone progress is, and just keep eyes out for golden safes
possibly...blocked by idk walls?

I dont want to give much away but I can say its on the TOP half of the map, but thats only narrowing half the map below away
so for pogo look high map wise, not down

until I can say more if the devs allow it ;)

same with number of keys and which cells to open, as it says FRIENDS but then says release ALL. not just friends..
and one kid was pure evil muhahhaa
how many cell keys?
I have only 5 cameras left, oops 4 now and methinks the pogo can get to most but idk

I found the pogo stick, but -surprise- I'm also terrible at activating it... Not as bad as I am with wall jump, but bad enough that I'm not sure whether the areas above that I'm trying to get to are even accessible. Oof.

I found the purple key yesterday. I know from another forum post that the orange key is sorta nearby, but I've been up and down the map so many times, I've forgotten where that was. Can you tell me the nearest elevator number?

Thanks for the game rec - I will check it out! I started playing Tales of the Neon Sea (point and click detective adventure game) bc I was so frustrated with SuperEpic. The puzzles and art are really neat, but the constant sexual objectification of women is really tiresome, so I might drop it to go back to SuperEpic later... Maybe. Ha.

tales isnt a point and click advent, its a sidescrolling advent. No click really you can use gamepad

I did lots of work on that game, and it changed sooo much. Just be sure to follow the walk through we made or youll miss an achievement!



As for the pogo well, lets just say this..
You really only need it to get the wings once thats done, you really wont use the pogo at all
the pogo is very lackluster. Same with rage and its skills, never have i used or needed these.. ever...
Just make sure your stam is max and fly forever


and its press down dpad press up and jump dont use analog

the orange key requires this said pogo once thats done you get the wings right after and never need the pogo again. shrug

NOW I have just 2 cameras left, and due to the images I know the areas.. but not the locations. its driving me nuts as its the last thing to do before the end boss, or I could rogue it..

Super epic so far is VASTLY more fun than Double Cross, but I just started idk
Crosscode is more chrono trigger like with live battle not turn based.
and I have well over 100 hours on just the main game then there is dlc then ng+ and such
its insane

If anyone can help me locate the final cameras lemme know!

Ok, I'm back to SuperEpic bc I couldn't stomach all the female objectification in Neon Sea, which sucks bc it really is great. (Couldn't find your walkthrough for it though?)

Can you tell me the nearest elevator number for the Orange Key? Or better yet, just a screenshot? 😅 I just zoomed out to see the "top half" of the map and almost instantly closed out the game. The SuperEpic map is enough to make me cry, lol.

Also: Pogo is not the same as Mega Jump? And Wings is not the same as Paper Wings? I'm so confused...

Thank you for the tip to use dpad instead of analogue!

think where you cant go without pogo
i will say its near where you use the key...(ill try to get a ss of the door but you should have the icon of what looks like a broken window or glass meaning locked door.

and where you get wings..
and yes top half

why would superepic make ya cry? is the map not complete? you should see areas you need to clear out

mega = pogo i think, i wouldnt call it that though, boot jump would be my wording..
its useless minus one place to get the wings, after that you will NEVER use the pogo as there isnt a reason

and np on the dpad!
it works with analog too but meh best stick with digital for specials/rage and the pogo

Thanks for the Neon Sea walkthrough link. I'll check it out if I ever decide to go back to the game. But as a woman, I beg to differ on the female objectification front. 😅

Ah, I know what you're talking about. It's the only part of the map that has that "locked door" icon. I'll pick up the game again tomorrow. 👍

I say that looking at the map makes me want to cry bc it is incredibly overwhelming to look at. Everything looks the same. This effect is even worse when you've been slamming your head on a desk bc you're searching (and failing at finding) things. I think this "map monotony" is also why SuperEpic doesn't have any guides yet. 😔

yeah this is the issue with the last cameras too
you will see pictures of the area the cams are in
buuuut
sadly the image doesnt reflect what room they are in, even if you see say, three arcade games in the image, its NOT in that room just in that area..

so my last one is somewhere in the last zone as it has an eagle stair statue on it..
but no clue.. atm im going via each square and putting note on it, so the entire map is !? !?
where ive looked lol

I found a cam in the place I assumed it was... no achievement popped.
this makes me think its two cameras per 1 screen.. idk why..
this is driving me nuts though as I did find the cam..

I see from your other post that you successfully got all the cams - Congrats!!!

Me, I just went back to that area (F8), but I swear I've covered every part... Yet... No orange key. 🔑🚫 There are some parts where there is "hazy" (unexplored) ceiling in the area directly to the left (which is hell to get through bc there are so many rooms with baddies but no WCs or even elevators), but I'm pretty sure no move (at least not any that I currently have in my disposal) will allow me to access them.

At this point, I'm ready to throw the game away, sad to say... So unless you or someone is able to throw me a screenshot, I'm done with SuperEpic. 😥

again im really confused as the doors all show the lock you need
and you have seen the holes in the roof you cant jump up on one, the other you cant even reach without the pogo ..
id like to see your map!
