Any Suggestion for Winning Duels

I played at least 10 ranked matches but couldnt win any duel.. Using xbox controller, pressing all 4 buttons as fast as i can and even using two hands.. but no luck..

How people win duels ?

im play in ps4 at the moment but on pc im play with a nintendo switch pro controller
maybe you dont win any duel becouse other peaple used a controller with turbo featured.

There are some skills that allow you to win duels easily with no effort. I remember seeing two of these.

With PC users probably is because a macro on the keyboard to press like crazy. Pretty easy to do that.
