I found in the internet that its Juan Diaz skill but can find it in his skill list. How can i get that skill?

First You need to get... or currently at this moment buy special Diaz card.
Then in New Hero mode You need to get S lvl friendship with him to unlock appeal mission for this abbility. Get SSS on dribble or overall... dont remember what exactly in order to unlock this abbility for both Diaz and Your custom player.
Skill should be available before the final match.

Yes. Like I said - You can buy it from the in-game shop.

It is at the CC shop which unfortunately you have to keep playing online mode to earn CC or collect slowly thru daily login or you buy the CC using real money... the Event Limited Friend Card were part of the reward of previous online event. Now that they have added all of it to CC possible due to repeated complain that a lot of owner of game missing out on it.. and they recently added 7 skills to 7 OG characters.. they perhaps have given up on the previous style of events to give you the extra skill.

All the cards are in the CC Shop, then hopefully with the new update, you do not have to unlock them for the Original character anymore... but if your CAC want to learn it.. you need to achieve some appeal mission.
