Ignore online from launch I realized that I was going to have problems and it would look like this

159
24-hour peak

Damn that's unfortunate. I'm lookin for some crazy sports game besides mario tennis to tide me over until mario golf in june, preferably with online. that game looks awesome, but i wish I could read japanese :(
How about Captain Tsubasa on PS2?

As a rule of thumb, anime games ported to PC are usually full of bugs, because Japanese people don't generally play games on PC so the support is never good. If IE was ported to PC, it would have suffered from a ton of issues itself.
PC is just harder to make games for. There are too many variables at play. I play Captain Tsubasa RONC on PS4 and other than the occasional glitches in online, offline is perfectly playable.
EDIT: Oh yeah, Captain Tsubasa on PS1 too is pretty good, and you can even go further back for Tsubasa games on 90s consoles like the famicom and super famicom if BigDaddy is missing some fun soccer action.
