How to unlock the American football team and the Brazilian football team? Maybe it's a bug, too?

Brazil is unlocked by raising Friendship level ( rank B worked for me ) with Carlos Bara before the semifinals, it triggers a event in which You can chose to go the Brazilian route. Brazil will then defeat Germany in the semifinals, then all You have to do is win the finals.

USA is similar but with Ortiz.

you have to play the hero mode 3 times, to unlock Brasil rise your friendship with main members (specially Carlos) and for USA the same (specially Ryan). I think you need to have atleast a B with them. Then you can play the final game with them and unlock their teams.
