Program works as intended and helps me work out more regularly as I can just do it from behind my desk while watching Twitch or whatever, sometimes even while waiting for work to get in. Hope it will get fleshed out even more.

Developer is very proactive, responsive, and hands-on regarding customer feedback. Has regular updates as well.

This is a straightforward workout app. It delivers on the promise to provide an exercise routine without the need of any equipment. Currently it is barebones, the UI is functional, and the sprites are not glamorous but do a wonderful job of demonstrating the workout motions. I am sure this will improve over the course of early access.

Some things to keep in mind:
1) Make sure you have enough space to perform the movements. Your usual computer setup may not be enough.
2) Expect to spend some time during the first few workouts just watching the sprite animation and the scrolling text to figure out how you are supposed to perform the movements.
3) Do not be afraid to pause the workout when you come across a movement that you do not understand. Just look it up online, practice it a few times, and move on with the routine.

In short: I recommend program, look forward to its development, and appreciate that the creator released this version early so all of us who are sheltering at home have a structured way to stay active.

Just finished my first workout. Something I can't do yet, but it makes me want to keep at it. I really enjoyed the workout and look forward to doing more. I may even add this to my twitch stream rotation.

I have been using this for few days now and I love it.
It is simple and easy to use and just works :)

What I would like to see is an option to view the exercises separately to the work out sessions as I find that if I don't know a exercise I need figure it out on the fly.
To have the option to view them and learn them with tips out side of the work session would awesome and pretty help full

Other than that this is worth every penny and delivers on everything promised.

10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for some way to get more active.

This is a home workout game.

Video Settings information.

• There are no resolution sizes available.
  
• You can increase the resolution size by dragging the borders of the game window.
  
• Only windowed mode.
  
• The game has no advanced graphics and the graphics are simple.
  
• There is no color blind mode.

Volume Settings information.

• You can't change the music volume. Only mute the music (toggable).
  
• The sound volume has a slidebar. This is only for the "ping" sound.
  
• You are only able to mute the music with a single button.

Keyboard Controls / Controller / VR Information.

• You are the controls.
  
• I don't believe there is a VR support.

Miscellaneous Information.

• There is a beginner, normal and advanced difficulty available.
  
• English is the only language.
  
• There is only 1 save file available and you are able to reset this.
  
• Options are both in-game and main menu.

This workout game pays off a lot more than it may seem to offer or show up on the store page. I do want to mention one thing. Graphical performance should not matter for this game as this game only has one goal. Giving you the workout that you need.

Before you are going to start workout session, you may choose between beginner, normal and advanced. You may also choose your own exercise timer. Between 10 minutes and 60 minutes. Beginner will have more rest in between an exercise, less intense workouts and shorter workout duration. Playing on a higher difficulty will give you less rest, more intense workouts and the current workout duration will be increased.

Once you have selected your difficulty and exercise timer your workout will begin shortly. The game will randomise workout sessions so each session will be different. However you may receive the same workouts in the same session multiple times. So if you need to perform a certain workout in your session, you may see it more often than once in other sessions. You will see a character in the middle of the screen doing the workout performance so you are best off copying the animation. There will be instructions below the character on how to perform it too.

You may unlock new backgrounds and a higher rank level but they don't really affect the game too much if at all. You will unlock them by doing workout sessions. You won't be doing these workout sessions just to get that Six pack abs on your body. i don't think this is even possible without going to an actual gym but i can be wrong. You will be doing it to stay and be fit. build up stamina, endurance, better mental and physical health, reducing stress or anxiety and to feel "accomplished".

(Shorter) in-game Information.

• Graphics and character animations are simple.
  
• There is a pause button.
  
• There are options in-game.
  
• Has 3 workout difficulties.
  
• Character animation is good enough to copy it for yourself.
  
• Has in-game music but i always mute this so i can hear the ping sound a lot clearer.
  
• There is a skip music button. You can't skip exercises.
  
• You can toggle certain exercises for a different training style.*
  
• You will hear a ping sound for the next workout.
  
• Has different backgrounds (unlockable).
  
• Has ranks or some sort of level up system.. Not a huge game changer.
  
• Has multiple workout timer between 10-60 minutes.
  
• Gameplay is repetitive as a workout should be.
  
• Workout sessions are never the same.
  
• There are tips and tutorials.
  
• There is a warm up session and a cool off session. **

* You can't manually select or de-select every single exercise, so if you turning off "Abs core exercise" every exercise that includes abs core will be disabled.

** Warm up sessions will begin when you start up the workout and the warm up effect will wear off after a few minutes. Cool off (or down) session will start a few minutes before you are about to finish a workout. When you are in this "Status" effect, these exercises will be slightly easier and more relaxed to perform. No you can't turn this off.

Miscellaneous Information.

• Game is worth the full price if you are dedicated enough.
  
• Game is truly worth buying on a discount.

I have been struggling between a VR workout or this workout but i am really glad i have chosen for this workout. You do have to keep in mind you may be sweating, steamy, more warmth which could give fog inside of the VR goggles and damaging the VR is the last thing that you want to do. Plus the extra weight on your head or you may get cable issues during a workout is not going to help you either.

I have bought this game in February and i have been doing workout sessions for 30 mins a day. nearly everyday for a month now. I am not regretting a single bit, i feel a lot better after each workout. oh and im not wearing any clothes for incase you are wondering. :D Don't want to be sweaty in the clothes now! What? too much information? I can be more descriptive if you reallllly want me too. Anyhow game is worth the money if you are looking to give yourself a good buffer.

The graphical resolution and performance on this game is low but this is a good thing. Computers with running issues may be able to play this game with no problem at all.

This game is crafted in gamemaker. Surprised? Yes i am too. It's way better than seeing the same RPG games over and over with the same sprites, style and what not. Cash grabs, nothing more!

I Give this game a 8/10

During the apocalypse, i became an absolute potato(24yo male, 100+kg, 175cm) and back in my teens, i used to be very active, but also i was one of those guys that set-up their routine and then didn't change it for like 6months or even longer. This game is something i've been looking for for some time cuz it solves both of the aformentioned problems at the same times. Tried beginner difficulty and was sweatting a lot and due to quiet broad variety of exercises i was pushed out of my comfort zone and was trying stuff i would have never even thought b4 could have an effect on me, and oh boi it does. Also cudos to the developers for not trying to push any premium programs ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the game-no funny bussines, you boot up the game, set up your preferences and boom nothing but excercises. One thing i would like to point out however is the hand holding excercises-maybe it was just bad RNG on my 1st run, but i had like 8 excercises in a row where i had to hold hands straight/do shoulder taps/hand scissors etc...felt a bit repetetive+my shoudlers weren't burning "slightly" but i couldn't hold them after like 4-5th excercise-definitely would like to see them diluted a bit by other things. Some technical problems also reared it's ugly head, but i came here for excercises so not gonna dwell on these too much. If the devs are as much as half involved with the community as other reviews claim they are then i can see a bright future for this game.

This "Boot Camp Fitness" has a disappointing lack of Drill Instructors screaming at you

User interface is fairly straightforward and simple. Needs some work though in its current state. An audible audible timer would be nice for times that an exercise takes your eye away from the machine. Maybe lower the audio 3 secs before a transition and play and audible countdown. I think a more extensive reward program would be motivating as well.

I exercise regularly, but this game was quite a work out set at the advanced level. The variety of exercises and randomness allows for challenge, novelty, and stimulation. It is good if you want to be active and move. Just fire it up and follow along. The game will take care of the rest.

Has a lot of potential. so much room for improvement. Has to be much more configurable.
The game is still boring. Has to be more fun. You can not work while notice the clock therefor something has to be done like a voice countdown or another hint that the time is up. I wish there was an option to add accessories like dumbell or bands etc. I so much wait for the next version!
