Lazy plebeians
Been having some issues in v66 with some plebeians stuck resting entire days at their home not doing anything productive. They seem stuck on looping sleep and resting, only going out if they overheat or start starving. Only way to solve the issue is to unassigned and reassign homes to reset them. If I don't then things like farms and nurseries get neglected even when overstaffed.

I'm having a similar issue. I build a longhouse and my starting 10 move in and don't leave just "relaxing" forever, despite everyone being an oddjobber and jobs are available to do.

Same problem here.

Only two out of five occupants of the home seem to have this issue. The others have no problem. I've tried unassiging their jobs, but they never switched back to "Oddjobber".

It's the housing you have to reassign not the jobs. Set it to no one allowed, and then set it back whatever race occupied it. All those that are bugged should head to work, and any that were resting normally should reclaim their spot right away.

This does seem to solve the issue, but the bug reappears very frequently.

I'm not sure what is going wrong here.

Just replying that I get the same issue too.

Same issue for me since updating to V66 :(

I raised a similar bug here. Designated a new warehouse to build and was partially built but ran out of stone. Designated stone clearing to gather more then enough stone, but builders never continued the building now stone was available. Saved the game and then ran the game for a couple of years to test, warehouse never completed.

Reloaded the save and builders immediately continued and finished the construction. Seems a definite bug where work orders are not correctly allocated during play, but are after loading.

This has been impacting me as while. Combining it with oddjobers not grabbing forage from around the map breaks the game from being playable.

Yes I got this too, very enoying bug.

Just had half of my animals die because of neglect work 2 days in a row. I can understand plebs taking a day off now and than, but not 70% of them at once.

Got it as well. Was wondering why my 50 odd jobbers just won't finish a few measly buildings even at 250x speed... and remembered reading about this bug here. Glad I didn't get stuck on wondering long, thanks for raising it here.

Quite game breaking :(

I've been looking to start a new game - but will wait until this is fixed. Too much to micro when it seems to occur frequently.

Yeah, I'll probably wait for the next version altogether.

Any luck with this getting better? Or how to avoid this bug?
