Songs of syx is a small game, run by one man. I try to read the message boards once a day though. I'm very thankful for suggestions and happily answer questions.

In the launcher, choose either:

Full screen and a lower resolution
Windowed, with width and height set to something below 100% and click "fill".

This does scale the whole game, but it's the best I've got.

Hi, I'm trying to start the demo on Mac, but only get a very small window, I see a menu for a short while, then a Steam overlay, and when I shift tab out of that basically a white on white screen. Something's not right it seems :-). Anything I can do on my end to make it run?

Yes, disable the steam overlay in the steam launcher.

hi, im trying to play the newest version v60 but for some reason it wont load, ive downloaded the update and even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, is there any way to work around this?

How do you mean? Where does it stop working?? Loading a save, or starting the game itself. Do you get to the launcher? What OS are you on win/lunux/mac ? Do you get any prompt to send an error report? If so I haven't received any errors regarding this, please email me if you get them: [e-mail]

Better you play the free version, the pirated ones are often not updated and buggy.

Like I said, I don't mind, I know pirating exists and I do it too, at least to try out games and see if they're worth buying. If I had the know-how, I would provide an official pirated version. The game is a passion first, and a business second, it makes me glad when people play it in whatever way. I do provide a risk free way of trying out the game though, that's all I mean. I won't have sales, because I don't like sales, or marketing for that matter, even if it would bring in a lot of revenue. The game is priced at what it is, for some it's worth it, for others not, I don't want to trick or pressure anyone into a decision. I'm just explaining my philosophy here, I'm not criticising your reasoning. Revenue goes to me and steam. There's no middle man or share holders. I'm saving up to buy a farm. Peace.
