In the launcher, choose either:
Full screen and a lower resolution
Windowed, with width and height set to something below 100% and click "fill".
This does scale the whole game, but it's the best I've got.
Yes, disable the steam overlay in the steam launcher.
How do you mean? Where does it stop working?? Loading a save, or starting the game itself. Do you get to the launcher? What OS are you on win/lunux/mac ? Do you get any prompt to send an error report? If so I haven't received any errors regarding this, please email me if you get them: info@songsofsyx.com
No, maybe after Early access.
Better you play the free version, the pirated ones are often not updated and buggy.
Like I said, I don't mind, I know pirating exists and I do it too, at least to try out games and see if they're worth buying. If I had the know-how, I would provide an official pirated version. The game is a passion first, and a business second, it makes me glad when people play it in whatever way. I do provide a risk free way of trying out the game though, that's all I mean. I won't have sales, because I don't like sales, or marketing for that matter, even if it would bring in a lot of revenue. The game is priced at what it is, for some it's worth it, for others not, I don't want to trick or pressure anyone into a decision. I'm just explaining my philosophy here, I'm not criticising your reasoning. Revenue goes to me and steam. There's no middle man or share holders. I'm saving up to buy a farm. Peace.
I thought I was replying to someone else about pirating, sorry. Yes, thank you for the input.
