Janitors v66
Do they just not do their job on v66? I have twenty janitors and the building says a workload of 13% yet my entire city is crumbling and people keep leaving. Am I missing something?

For me, janitors are working as normal.
Have you tried out turning that building off, and creating a different janitor room?

There were a bug where they picked the wrong thing to fix things. Maybe related. Edit/re-don't to make the room reset.

I turned my janitors off and on again then rebuilt the room, they are working now, but man, thirty people straight up left of my 120 because of the filth
