Missing material?

Wondering if anyone else is noticing this. I'll end up buying the exact amount of a material I need, in this case gems, and see them in my warehouse, but when I look at the building I needed it for, just over half actually end up there and I need to but.

Similarily, I have a mine set up for sithilion ore, and the item history shows it being produced, but the warehouse set up for it has been at 0 for ages.

Furniture for those resources has been disabled, and the goods tab doesn't show them being used up anywhere, so what gives?

Check your markets. Markets take some resources for equipment and furniture, incl gems and sithilion.

or it could have just ticked the decay. I find it very weird that gems have a decay and stone
