Archer training is too slow, too slow

It takes 100 days for 100% training of an archer? Is it too long without technology?

It is intended to be slow. And... With 100% training your archers and soldiers won't ever stop training. I know it says 100 or so days but they won't stop even when they are fully trained. They continiue to train without improving themselves when they've hit max. If you want them to stop training when they are fully trained You should pick 90%.

I hope, upgrades to archery range will be introduced at a later version. It makes no sense that training grounds can be upgraded to train 3 times faster, and archery ranges not.

You can always use mods to boost this. I never do 100% training as they will constantly be training, I go for 80% personally. Also archers are very strong in this game so it makes sense that it's more of a challenge to get a large army of archers going.
