How to access saved blueprints in v66

i can save but i don't see a list of blueprints? Is it me or they are not working in V66

They're saved in each building's construction interface now. So if you saved a warehouse blueprint, you access them from the warehouse build menu, same for all other types of building blueprints.

Off to the right of the building tab there will be a little shield thing like the Menu icon on the upper right of the screen. Click on that to bring up a blueprint. If you have more than one blueprint saved, you can further click on an icon of the same shape that will have now appeared at the top of the building screen. That will bring up a list of the blueprints available for that building. You can also delete the ones you don't want from there.
