1 un-punished crime in 3 total crimes is a staggering 33%.
Does anyone with +5K population can report this also happening on high populations? I suspect it might tend to regularize...
i dont even know why theyre unhappy, every possible law building is built, accessible, some even upgraded and staffed.
yet still my people are super unhappy with law. i dont even find the dumb slider for early retirement anymore, that used to at least make them shut it for a few months.
city is drowning in food, housing, entertainment and money yet these idiots fight each other until my hospitals are filled.
Great game, but in .66 law is HORRID.
not only gameplay wise, but the UI also sucks the chrome off of exhaust pipes.
What you also need to take a look at is what types of punishment your citizens prefer, since this also has an influence on the law rating.
All in all, the general idea of law/crime isn't bad, but it really needs polishing, so that it causes less headache pre 1k pop.
