Strikes, or why Union Contracts with a No Strike Clause are a good idea, especially in Syx
I understand protesting.
It's great. Helps the system, yadda yadda, but Strikes need to either come with a demand that you can pledge to fulfill (or fulfill) and the strikers stop striking, or a longer cool down.
I'm getting more strikes than France does on a good year.

Sorry, your workers are too uneducated to have spend 5ish years learning about their class interests. Nor about contracts for that matter. Nor about writing. So all you get is unproductive rage and despair!

Yea I have the same issue. At least once per year there is a revolt. They are burning down some buildings and when they come back they are angry again right from the start since the building they destroyed was essential for their demands. Leading to a perpetual circle of strikes and revolutions.
