Report a translation problem
If you click your hearth it shows available services - green area displays how many are available now, but when u hoover over this display it also shows max daily usage of services. If it is around 20-30% it means that not many people are using this hearth. But if this is 90-100% it means that this hearth is attracting many people - in this case you may need to have it bigger or add another nearby (not very close, but just nearby).
When I loaded an earlier auto-save I noticed my wood reserves were low, so maybe that's the real reason...
Same goes for furniture inside buildings (e.g. the boxes of a warehouse)
