Balticrawler Den Gate

I've built a couple so far, but still don't know the exact positioning. I have 2 balticrawler dens built in a mountain now. I'm struggling with my third, and don't remember how I got my other 2, Can anyone explain the exact positioning or requirements.

No matter where I put the gate, there is always one invalid spot.

The way I've gone about it is to dig a line straight into the mountain, then dig 2 or 3 tiles where I want my gate, then place the den with it only touching the 2 or 3 tiles and place the gate there.

Anyone figure this out yet? I've been trying to put a breeder down for two hours and it's not working can't get gate to want to go down

OKAY I FIGURED IT OUT, hopefully this helps the next poor bastard. You need to create > Misc. > Construct > Structures > Then construct JUST walls in a 40x50 (or smaller or bigger whatever your preference is) box. > when you go to place your Balticrawler Breeder inside those walls- UNCHECK the "Auto build walls" option (top left of screen) and it should allow you to place your Breeder with the gate and respective huts. I hope this helps whoever is scouring the internet with the headache of not being able to breed the Balticrawlerz <3

you just need to on the walls to make them doors with the door button. needs to be 3 wide and not next to a wall on two sides(the gate)
