Help! Why is my water pump not working properly?

So I built the new water pump building. It's been manned by 6 people for more then a whole year now. It says Ground Water 100%, Work Value 100%, Pressure (tiles) 64/64. However, it only fills the first 20 or so tiles... What's wrong there?

on the sceenshot everything looks fine for me. have you already tried to remove one sewer tile close to the pump and reconnect afterwards? I'm not sure if that really helps, but it's easily done and therefore worth a try.

I don't think there're any culverts in that screenshot.
Those white tiles are created automatically, if on both sides are roads.

I wanna know about this as well and since the upgrades seem to be free (Bug?) I upgraded mine and it has the same reach as the screenshot, Really doesnt seem to be worth fooling with since with it doing this really downsizes your farms and more pumps dont really help add to the distance all it did was get less and less for me

I don't think it should be an issue, but you can try making your canals more straight and see if the same occurs. Just create 64 canal spots in a straight line from a water pump and see if it still doesn't fill up.

Water pumps are very nice in the mid to late game when you have run out of fertile spots or want more bathhouses around hot-spots in your city. I wouldn't recommend building them until you've gotten to 1k+ people or are using them for aesthetics.

Don't they look exactly the same (as canals)? if op accidentally built culverts that could explain why pressure is only 30%
