How to upgrade industry buildings?

Question as in the title.
I unlocked the bakery upgrade and it says to hit upgrade (and pay the added iron cost as I see), but for the love of god, where do I "hit upgrade"?

I watched all possible interfaces for 10 minutes now and while I'm aware of the "room upgrader" for houses, I can't find something similar for industry.

In the window for the building there should be an upgrade button towards the top of the window if it is upgradable. If you meet all prerequisites you just press the button and it'll upgrade.

Oh right, I got it now! I hammered the button thinking it would be a continuous upgrade instead of an instant one in which you need all the stuff at once.

I'm having issue with this too, I have all the resources, unlocked the tech, all the resources are in the warehouse, but it wont let me upgrade my weaving industry?

ugh my bad I'm really sorry for necro'ing this thread, the tech was similarly named not the correct one. Really sorry.
