Can't harvest any wild plants

Whenever i try to order my people to collect anything(i tried shrooms, vegetables, grain and cotton), it'd simply tell me that there are no harvestables. I also had a game crash with null pointer exception, probably related?

I also have difficulties harvesting wild plants in version 64 beta. I issue the order but nothing happens.
