How much workers I need to unlock the max experience ?
Seems that the first level it's 25 pop, and the second, 100.

Thanks. Seems to high anyway. 1k workers it's not something easy to get.

No. My max pop was like 6k people in v62 (thats late game, btw), and I had happiness problems with only Dondos. And when more people you have, more difficult it's to keep them happy. If I need to invest 1k workers or 1/6 of my total pop to one type of factory, means that not many places gonna work at full cap. So no, i'ts not 100% doable. Maybe labs, gonna hit this with that population, but before hitting 6k, I'm gonna get bored and start another playtrought.

It'sto encourage specialization => more replayability. You are not supposed to unlock everything in the game each run. 1000 might be high for some industries, but should be doable for a farm, or a refiner if you want to go that route. If you want to be self sufficient, that can be done as well, but I think specialization is more powerful.

Just, I don't get it.

Why asking 1k workers for mining or fishing (for example) if the map, doesn't give me that option (and I doubt that gonna find any map that gonna give you that option, anyway). Yes, you give me the option to have 100% experience in fishers, but for what if it's near impossible to archieve because limitation of the map himself?
You truly believe that you gonna find enough places to fill 1k fishers or 1k Gems miners in an unmoded map?

No, that's true. Might need to adjust it a bit for raw material extraction. Ideally, I'd like there to be a possibility of a 1k pop mine though.

I started to play a tutorial in v65 and continued it as my main save. Now I have 33 cretorians working in vegetable farms, but I still have "Experience +0" under skill breakdown of any of the farms. What am I doing wrong?

average late-game slaver-Talapi 15,000 slaves stares in confusion...

reaching really high numbers is easy if you are willing to be, uhh, lets say "less then good and noble" just slap down some 20x20 bug hatcheries and pig farms and churn out slave-pops.

also slaves dont need silly things like "bathing" and "houses" so you can really pack them into the map.

the only thing stoping you from getting 100% utilisation out of every bit of space o the map is pesky things like "morals", "ethics" and not "creating an abomination against nature"... for example peak farming is to dig up a river and re-allocate that water into fish-farm hybrids on the now dry river bed using irrigation ditches that double as fishing spots

Note that in v65 the first experience level is now at 100 workers instead of 25. I'm not sure how it scales beyond that

It works, thank you! Hope this game will get more tips to figure basic things out without google :)
