Tips for Production Chain Efficiency?
I am trying to build a Mega City but am having difficulties with the Production Chains.
Predominantly Clothes but also Battle Gear and Tools.

Anyone have any tips on how to optimize them?

Also is there any benefit to build in Stone or Fancy Stone?

Ideally you want the storage for the resources you need to produce things immediately next to the production for them, I tend to like to even connect the buildings.

I'm not sure on the stone/fancy stone question other than preferring stone visually (and ideally they'd be sturdier in future updates where that matters).
its also probably important to have services (beds, toilets, taverns, etc.) distributed throughout your town, and supplied in enough excess so that workers don't have to ping-pong around the map to fulfill their needs. I'm not totally sure how the AI handles the shift start time. if it waits until the current task is done to start work then if that task involves a long walk it may cut into work time significantly.

To a point, yes. This also goes for anything else that uses something out of storage, so food by kitchens, kitchens by taverns/feast halls, or even coal next to bathhouses.
