Hole in the wall

Is there something special about it? You can see a door on it and something on the ground, there is also the blood that leaves it after soem time on the game But is there any more? Because you can look inside it during the whole game. Is there some secret elated to it?

The only different thing I've saw was the red from the blood.

By mouse, you can move a little,and then you will see the door is opened with a white hand. You may tune brightness more to see it.
