Cannot find second piece of propeller mold.

So, I have the fumium ingots and one of the propeller molds, but I simply can't find the second one.
Can anyone give a tip as to where I can find it?
Any help would be appreciated.

Search in the north-eastern storage room, where you can get only with the welding torch.

Do you remember where the storage room is? Because I can't for the life of me remember where that is.

It was kinda hard for me to remember too.
So: facing the Submarine elevator on the Foundry level, turn right and go straight ahead, when you enter the big room (bottom left in the screenshot), just continue on the way you were going.
Turn left when you reach a corridor, then straight and take a left at the first turn you see.
You'll reach a small 2x2 entry way, leading to the 3x3 storage room on the left with 4 crates.

Just push those crates around, and it should be easy sailing from there.

i am stuck on the same level, except that i cannot find the welding torch. got the golden key but using it didn't help me at all. searched everything i discovered so far twice, but i have no clue what i am missing.

It's located in the Smeltery level, but to get there, you need to first complete Foundry
Take a look at this guide -- the level you need to watch is Foundry. It's in the later half of the video.
Smeltery should be easy to navigate, you'll reach the room where you find the Welding Room after a bit.
