Dämonic precense

What is this demonic presence actually all about? I keep coming across spots where these precenses are there but I don't know what they're supposed to be for or whether there's a goal to make them better. I've looked through the existing one several times but haven't found anything about it yet, plz help

If you wander around the world you'll occasionally see a pink rune on the floor/walls (a very easy one to check/see is in the fountain in town). If you approach close enough, you'll end up having surprise sex with a ghostly demonic futa.

The only way to 'fix' them is to make it all the way to the Demon area and talk to Pride.

After one gets more LUST from leveling up then the occasional erotic attention one gets from the demonic ghost is quite pleasing, same with Sloth's tentacles.

It's a very nice addition to the game.
