I built a mod for the original Saints Row the Third (SRTT) by adding in some other people's skins and the like, but using the LUA scripting capability to set triggers in the game that made it do certain things that I wanted it to do, like lower the drawbridges and remove all the zombies at the end of the storyline episodes.
So, build a scripting interface that allows me to trigger specific NPCs with specific traits in specific fields at my personal level of frequency. In other words, if I want more slim foxes and dragons, I should be able to code that in. If I want all cows to be obese, I should also be able to code that in. If I want to change the rate at which different colour variants or traits appear, I should be able to do that.
To be frank (and maybe it's a lack of imagination on my part), the only thing I really want to mod is the ability to change colours, traits and frequency. Everything else I could possibly want is covered by the cheat codes and the settings. The only exception to that statement might be that I want my toon to pass on or promote / demote certain traits in their offspring, but that's about it.
Edit: Also with FMODEL i could access the models in-game and found that there is a version of futa chicken with balls but its not implemented. If i had Unreal Engine launcher i could just change the name of the model but i can't at the moment.
And fill out all the emty space there is on the worlds. a lot of spread out objects, making the world look rather empty.
It is a great game, with potential.
