the centaur race is not available for breeding. For now (as far as we know) there are no plans for new races. But the game developer will put some new races soon (according to Wikia)

Considering that the dev always use default model for all wild nephelyms, there will be no centaur or any 4 legged nephs, and its proof since they dont add the spiders to the mix, and even the centaur are of its only kind.

So no, there wil be no centaur breeding or any multiple legged nephs.

And no you cant breed human on human. You are the only human in the game,
