I can't download

any game that is free on steam, I cannot download. Doesn't matter the genre. On the store page it says the game is in my library but it isn't there. I have the option of "play now" on the store page but I cannot play as it hasn't downloaded.
Anyone had this problem?

it's most likely hidden due to mature content and nature of the game

Launch Steam
select: user name from the drop down menu
select: store preferences

I have this problem with Closers but I just play that game through the publishers launcher. You can try removing the game completely from Steam support, reacquire the license, and try downloading it again. I wouldn't suggest doing that with a game that costs money but since this is free it's worth a shot.

Did you try seeing if you have any games hidden in your Library? If so did it resolve the issue? :o
