Futa w/ Balls mod?

I'm fine with or without balls, but it's quite a cop out for the developer to not want to add balls with that sugar walls nonsense. If it's a personal thing (something like "the balls make it gay!", if that's the case then it's kinda late since the girl's have ♥♥♥♥♥, regardless why would it matter unless you're insecure about your sexuality, but I digress). Not to rag on the dev.

Are there any mods in the works that plan on adding balls or other things?

Doesn't make sense to mod a game that's still in Alpha...what's the point.
