That's not your HP, that's your Lust (red) and Spirit Energy (blue).

To get Lust back, sleep in your house, or win surprise sex (not blow job), or cheat code it.

To get Spirit Energy back, have sex with any of the sentient Nephs.

As of this public build, you DO take damage...kinda. I tested it out by jumping off a cliff, just to see what happens. You'll fall unconscious and get sent to the Grim Reaper hottie, who has her very own respawn point behind your house, and she'll exact a 'price' for the service. Guess no more taking shortcuts.

Yeah I found out about the fall damage myself. Tiny jump down one path to another no go. At least I had spoken with the new neph right before, so didn't lose any ground really. You can swim in the deep water now, I like that. Plenty of pretty down there too, but nothing to do down there.

new version came out yesterday. fall damage, lava damage, and sex exhaustion are things now.

I jump off (from the town mountain) today and I didn't took any damage.

I did notice the animation of landing on one knee. Still didn't drain anything.
