If you're futa or female, then yes. Make sure you have the proper barns to store your monsters, though.

Yes if you are female, you can get pregnant with any of the male / futa monsters.

I have two beautiful worgen offspring.

You cannot get pregnant for messing with wild free monsters.

You need barns for your monsters first, then catch wild male / futa monsters.

Yes you can. You can breed yourself with a Nephlym in the breeding area and become pregnant.

When sleecting who to breed select yourself as the receiver and you can become pregnant and have offspring.

I have been able to with a futa or female, I have had many pregnancies, so it works. Some times it is hard to do, My best was a green stripe pattern doggy.

so the option to actually select yourself has been added in the last two patch. gotcha.

because no amount of surprise intercourse or mash clicking the breeding menu ever made my character pregnant.
I had space, upgrades, stuff, a few slave, a pen, a breeding ground, a barn, an everything available. Made a few slave make younger slave but somehow, never got pregnant.
even with the cheat on. even with the cheat off. new character female no pregnancy possible. new character futa, no pregnancy possible. for 30+ in game days. also 100+ days.

Uh, I've been able to use my Female Breeder to make offspring since I got this thing, not sure what version you people are playing where you can't.

The option has been in the game since it launched. You can't get pregnant from wild surprise sex. Only from breeding sessions. You have to select yourself as a receiver once you select a giver. You also need barns for the offspring that correlate to their race.

Source:I downloaded the game an hour after it went live months ago. First thing I did was get pregnant from a foxen.
