Starfallen?
What's considered "starfallen" and how/where can I get those?

They're alien nephelyms, they are on a cliff above where the harpy: krestel are located, follow the cliff facing and it'll curb up and to the right which takes you to two pyramids, they spawn between them.

If you go to where the harpies are, continue walking. Up a sand path is a bunch of pyramids and the starfallen. I'm guessing they're supposed to be some kind of alien species, although I'm not sure how much the designation 'alien' applies here.

They are based on Xenomorphs From the Alien Movies. Or a Hentai like Fan creation.
