What movie does the first ingame-movie reference? The "Weightlifter's Revenge"??

We found every real movie for all the other parodies. Like "Stoney" is just "Rocky" (1) and the movie poster almost 100% matches. But chat and me can't figure out what "Weightlifter's Revenge" is a parody of?
